Dr Robert Edmonson's What Great Leaders Should Know : In Chaotic Times to maximize performance to reinvent organization - is a must-read for everyone who has the aspiration to be a great leader. The concept of the book combine research on brain functions along with insight on human behavior to provide a powerful tool for effecting change. The book is easy to read and the question examples are most useful as I could simply carry the book with me and refer to them.
I truly believe that anyone who adopts those coaching techniques would become a real great leader in the organization and our personal relationships with others will also greatly improved. This book demonstrates that we could create new brain wiring and habits and I agree that this is what great leaders should know, sooner than later.
