Art at it's horrific core!!, Jan 3 2004
A real gem from Cindy Sherman's creepier side. Stellar casting! Molly Ringwald is stunning! Carol Kane is classic! The clear packing tape scene still gives me the willies. PURE GENIUS!!! =^..^=

5 STARS for "TOYS ARE NOT FOR CHILDREN", April 27 2003
"THE TOY BOX" was pretty lame...but that's not why I bought this DOULBLE FEATURE DISK! "TOYS ARE NOT FOR CHILDREN" is bizarre and beautiful! And Super Creepy! Child-like grown woman is obsessed with pleasing her father...to do this she becomes a 'prostitute' because the only thing she knows about him is that he fancies the 'working girls'. She hasn't seen him since she was six years old...but somehow thoughout her life he sends her children's toys (that she sexualizes as a way to relate to good ol' Dad). Bad scripting, bad directing, really bad acting, crummy editing, and disjointed plot twists add up to one heck of a nail biter at the end. Buy this disk if you like twisted storylines...AND the disk has a great short about a toy truck. And a short nudie about some Christmas Cuties. Something Weird Video RULES THE SKOOL!!! =^..^=

Really Beautiful!, April 22 2003
David (Keir Dullea) and Lisa (Janet Margolin) are beautiful, sweet, and sad in this strange mental drama. David's brooding truly broke my heart. And Lisa's innocence filled it up again. Together they seemed like one whole (slightly 'off') person. This story is about love. About loving yourself when the world doesn't see your insides. Really beautiful. And David's Dreams were spectacular! =^..^=

Sweet Sweet Alice...Sweet Sweet Karen!, April 21 2003
ALICE (played beautifully by Obscure Cult Film Actress Paula Shepard) is a really odd child, truly demented...BUT...is she actually capable of these gruesome murders? KAREN (played by the ever lovely Brooke Shields) is the family Favorite...and greatly grieved after her grisly death. WATCH THIS FAB FLICK WITH THE LIGHTS ON!

YIKES!, April 19 2003
How do you address the issue of an over-populated world? Small Private Island + Wacky Scientists + Gorgeous Blonde Daughter + Handsome Sea Captain + Jealous Drunkard + Hurricane, PLUS...SEVERAL MUTANT GIANT POISONOUS BONE KNAWING SHREWS...Equal one heck of a disaster flick! Pretty remarkable for 1959. =^..^=
