smart scenario, great cast..., July 3 2003
I watched that movie on tv and i think it is great! The cast is great, they play perfect. Scenario is great, it is simple and smartly written. This movie is about an escape from a nazi camp of american soldiers. But nothing is exaggerated here. Everything is logical and smartly played. You dont want to miss any scene. It is black and white as it is 50 years old but still stunning. do not miss that movie!

Its a big production, Oct 30 2001
This movie is a real big production. But i am not satisfied much. I wish i see the classical and cute chracters of walt disney more. But the dances and visual attractions are great. Buy it to make your collection richer.

i am disappointed, Mar 28 2001
i am really disappointed while watching this movie. I dont know, maybe my expectations were high. But i got bored. The movie is unnecessarily long and the tempo is always low. Al pacino is good but russell is not. The story is interesting. It shows the direction of press towards social problems. I prefer not to watch that movie but...its ok..at least it worths to see al pacino on screen.

Hey, producers... Stop making killer animal movies please. Snakes, sharks, piranhas, bees, killer insects etc. OR try to write a better scenario. Even jennifer lopez could not save the day!

The good, the better, the best........., Mar 28 2001
No need to say that this movie is the best western movie ever made. The story, acting, scenes are wonderful. But being an old film the sound and visual quality is on the average. But this movie is a cult and a "must have" item. After watching the movie, you will discover that the good is really not the good, the bad is not bad and the ugly is really not the ugly.. WATCH AND ENJOY...
