5.0 out of 5 stars Solid from beginning to end, Feb 18 2009
Strong modern rock with wry lyrics and nice hooks. Some may find the music here a bit derivative but personally I've been running to this album for months now and find the CD has tremendous staying power.

2.0 out of 5 stars Riddled with errors, Feb 18 2009
Although I was able to glean enough information from this book to get Flash and PHP working together I was astounded by the number of typos and incorrect information. I found myself keeping a list of errors to submit to the author. The author will address your issues with the book at his forum but there is no errata available.

2.0 out of 5 stars Why are the English subtitles in French?, Jul 22 2004
Has anybody else noticed that the English subtitles on this DVD are only english when describing things for the hearing impaired (i.e "Slow motion barking"). But as soon as a person on television or the bike race announcer starts speaking the subtitles simply spell out what they are saying in french? Claiming that there is an english language soundtrack and subtitle set is completely misleading and ridiculous.

For this reason I can't rate the DVD more than 2 stars despite the film itself deserving a far better rating.

2.0 out of 5 stars Looked cool, fell flat, Mar 5 2004
This is one of the few graphic novels that will actually have to have the plot filled out in order for it to be made into a film. It goes by so fast you're left feeling that you've read a synopsis of a much better, larger story. The artwork is dark and interesting but sometimes so murky that I had trouble distinguishing who I was looking at and who was attacking whom. I'm curious to see what the sequel will hold.
