good but not great, Aug 13 2012
its good for people in primary care…most specifically for nurses and physicians assistants..not for physicians level…i wish it could be more specific ,, no doses ,, no detailed informations…there should be a doctor in its edition so the work will be really good then…any way thanks for everybody shared in publishing it ...

Must for primary physician, Sep 29 2011
It's wonderful book I've ever seen for primary care pea tide, the topics it deals with are exactly what a family physician encounter daily in his office.. I'm very much happy that I got such a book it really worth to have it

Good, Aug 28 2011
Good for junior primary care who is eager to learn and know details about each case during the call... I love the book , but wish if written in a way with more tables or summary boxes ... However it's still worthy to have it

Good for community, Aug 28 2011
It's good for community level... To keep inside home as a reference but not good for a doctor anyway... I wish I can return it but it's too late now...

Great, Aug 28 2011
It's really one of the best books I've ever read about emergency medicine.. Interesting.. Informative .. Practical case base scenarios.... Very well written in chronological way so that history, examination, management is giving chance to you to think in organized way same as your in duty in ER... I love this book very much

It'd old, Aug 28 2011
The reason why I selected 2 stars is that there new protocols coming for acls on November and this book is not gonna be helpful or officially used any more.. However the seller had really taken care very of the book very well that's why I gave 2 stars ...
