useless........, Feb 24 2011
This sounds great in theory, but simply does not work, on my MacBook Pro at least. I loaded various drives & nothing happen. If it did work it surely wasn't noticeable. Don't waste your money like I did.

Amazing......, Aug 20 2009
This is a fabulous book! Anyone who appreciates the legacy of Bob Marley will truly enjoy this. Very intimate moments with Bob and co. The photos by David Burnett are excellent.

useless...., Jun 24 2008
I've travelled a little over the years so I was interested in this book for bigger & better adventures. What a joke! This book is written for people who've never used public transit! Incredibly simplistic. Should you want to go on an adventure & have any questions; google it! Save your money & put it towards your adventure. Sincerely, Daniel Gautreau

Alive & Brilliant, July 17 2007
This is one of my top 10's. If not just for the amazing visuals captured all around the world, you have to appreciate the massive amount of work and energy put into the making of this beautiful film. Watch it big, because it's big. It will remind you that you are alive!

major cancer stick promo, July 17 2007
What a disappointing film! Initially, i was interested in the story, but it doesn't take long for the story to get real boring and pompous. And if ever there was a film that was sponsored by a tobacco company, well this is it. I know it was the 60's, but believe me, people didn't inhale that much. This is not art, nor is it true filmmaking! God bless America, multi nationals and cancer. Don't waste your money on this one. I rented it, thank God. p.s. nice little sex scene, it was the only time she wasn't smokin' cancer sticks.

heavy & lame....., April 1 2007
years ago, lonely planet was much more interesting in that they would give you some information off the 'well travelled path'. now, they cover the well travelled path & lack passion & challenge. the book also weights over a lbs. the index system in this book is awful! for example; could not find any information of a coastal town called; Salina Cruz in Oaxaca. also, a place called Becal; where for more than a 100 years Maya Indians weave 'Panama style hats' in near by caves. I have come to the conclusion that the best way to experience Mexico is to just buy a good map & if somethings strikes your curiosty,........ just go & explore! Freedom....

nauseating..., July 24 2005
As much as this is an interesting subject with some historical merit, this is by far the most annoying documentary i have ever seen. the camera work is truly neurotic and extremely distracting. The filmmaker either had too much to drink during the shoot or he was too cheap to hire someone who knew how to handle a camera. Seriously folks, save your money and buy yourself a nice bottle of Bordeaux.
