DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK !!!!!, Feb. 10 2012
This book is bad on so many levels.
The "Content" is atrocious; writers keep reminding the reader what Saas stands for when we clearly understood on the cover that it means Software as a Service, and then, writers use many other acronyms, but fail to tell the readers what they mean. The book also keeps repeating itself, I got tired of reading the same thing over and over within the first 20 pages. Also, many facts were mentioned in the first few page, and yet I failed to find any quotes and citations of the sources.
The "Form" is very poor too; I can't believe a publisher could send this to the printer without proofreading further. Many grammar and sentence fragmentation errors gave me headaches. Makes me think it might have been translated, or the author's mother tongue isn't English. Nonetheless, the publisher should have fixed that.
The "Deliverance" is also atrocious; How can a printer not have fixed all the font errors? Just flipping through the pages and you can easily find many print errors where characters like the apostrophe (') is printed as a square instead. Feels very unprofessional. There is very little quality placed into the presentation of the book: no pictures(even on cover), text alignment is weird and inconsistent.
I only read the first 15 or 20 pages, but that was enough for me to know that this was a bad book. Luckily, Amazon allows me to return it. Amazon FTW! I have never returned a product ordered on Amazon, Newegg, TigerDirect, Ebay, ThinkGeek or any other shopping sites i use before; this is the first time I feel i got robbed of my money.
