This book is the next best thing to attending one of Mark Bowden's keynotes or coaching workshops. In it, Mark makes the convincing case that humans believe their eyes more than their ears when it comes to evaluating interactions. He then proceeds to explain how to increase your store of that most precious asset--trust--by ensuring your body language supports your words. As always, Mark's advice is clear, logical and easy to remember and follow. One of the best business investments I've made.

You can have the greatest writers in the world (like us)--and if your delivery is flat, the message is lost. Mark Bowden has a sure-fire process to make every talk and conversation a winner. His techniques are rooted in social science and his training as an actor--but, more important, they appeal to common sense. This book is a fast, witty read, a great investment for anyone from recent graduate to CEO.
