Hilarious, Jun 23 2004
Pure comedy...that only Brooks can totally deliver! The movie is a pure joy to watch, pure meaningless fun.

Wonderful, Jun 22 2004
A person walks away from this movie thinking how lucky he or she is to just be alive! Bravo! Kevin Kline's best performance except for "Sophie's Choice."

Good Movie For Sure, Jun 22 2004
"I'm mad as hell...and I can't take it anymore." Those words out of this movie will live on for a long long time. It captures the essence of TV sensationalism gone mad. The movie was before its time, because many of the trends it suggested are present in today's ridiculous shows like "Fear Factor" and many of the other absurd reality shows...and of course, the worst of the worst is Jerry Springer...a show that capitalizes on people's tragic lives and unhappiness. Anything for ratings, right?? "Network" has a lot to say and more people need to experience what the movie is really trying to get across.

Brilliant Comedy!, Jun 22 2004
Albert Brooks, Muriel Streep and Rip Torn...what a combination of acting talent. This is a great idea for a movie, and all the characters are so enjoyable to watch! This one is a winner...pure entertainment..without guns and violence.

Freeman and Tandy What a Combo!!, Jun 21 2004
Freeman and Tandy are quite a combo!! This is a sensitive film that says a lot about humanity. Compassionate humanism oozes from this movie. It certainly deserved the Picture of the Year in 1989.

Wonderful...A Classic!!, Jun 15 2004
This book helps one at home and at work! There are always two ways of seeing a situation, any given situation. Peale puts it in simple language and does not try to loose the reader in psycho-babble. GREAT BOOK~~

This CD Has Soul!, Jun 15 2004
Many tracks including "Poison Glen" transport one into another more soulful world. What a fresh sound this band has...unlike any other. Vocals from the lead singer are the strength of the group.

Great!, Jun 15 2004
"On Grafton Street" and title track are pure gold. There is no such thing as a bad Nanci Griffith album. Like one reviewer said, "These songs melt my heart." I couldn't agree more.

Live Nanci is a Triumph, Jun 15 2004
What a wonderful recording. It is full of gems like "Roseville Fair" and "I Would Give You Ireland." This CD gives you a good feel for the unpretentious, soulful way of Nanci. What you see is what you get and what you get is beautiful.
