Good info, not well told., May 17 2010
This is a very good book if you want to learn what is going into the food you eat. Quite frankly it is a rough read. It is great if you don't mind Andrew Dice Clay reading to you, otherwise all the foul language is actually a distraction. I understand the two women authors were trying to "man it up" but it gets annoying after page five.
On the other hand, I have decided to become a vegetarian after reading this book. It is disgusting what is put into our food. My health has improved greatly since I started eating a vegetarian diet, so for that I appreciate what was written in this book.
