Watching the World Burn is truly one of the finest punk albums in existence. You'd be insane if you didn't give this 5 stars! If you consider yourself a fan of punk music then definately buy this CD! I mean seriously this is a CD you don't have to skip tracks on! How much more could you ask for? Cheap price perhaps? You bet, get it used. A must buy for any TRUE punk fan!

The lyrics suck and are very stupid! Interesting disc shape, I like that, but the lyrics suck. If you want heavier and far more brutal stuff check out Crimson Thorn.

Gothic Metal band Virgin Black does it again. Another dark and captivating CD. If you're a fan of the first CD, then you'll definately want to invest into this one. Picks up where the previous stopped. An absolute must have!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Gothic Metal at it's best!, Jan. 26 2004
This review is from: Sombre Romantic (Audio CD)
Virgin Black is absolutely the darkest and most atmospheric band in the world. This is a brilliant album. I love it, it kicks butt and plenty other things. Sombre Romantic is an album for the fan of the deep somewhat artsy music. If you liked the Smashing Pumpkins and want to go a bit more goth, this is the album for you. It starts out with a symphonic two tracks, a combination of chants, percussion, violoin, cello, and some sweet guitar. I do suggest this album to those with some intelectual depth. Such as in the song "Museum of Iscariot," it graphically depicts the reality of sin and the way people treat religion. I love this album, yet it is an album that will turn most people off, primarily their dark and gothic approach, yet to those who love the darker stuff and the artsy it is a great buy. I love this cd, but to the general public you most likely wont be too thrilled, but if you have some intelectual depth and an open mind you will love it. So BUY IT NOW!!!!

Voodoo Glow Skulls never stop entertaining me. Good old fashion ska. They are a truly talented group. These guys, even though they are radio friendly, are one of my favorite bands of all time. This CD is probably their best. Buy this and Symbolic today. Trust me, you won't regret it!

3.0 out of 5 stars A Hilarious Black Comedy., Jan. 26 2004
It's got gore, it's got cannibals, it's got a really sneeky kid who pushes a woman into a furnace. What more could you ask for? Each story is interesting and hilarious. This isn't scary at all, but it wasn't meant to be! From Stephen King (Pet Sematary), Michael McDowell (Beetlejuice), George A. Romero (Night Of The Living Dead) and Arthur Conan Doyle (creator of Sherlock Holmes) comes Tales From The Darkside: The Movie, an all-star horror anthology packed with fun and fright. "The Wraparound Story" concerns a little boy who spins all the tales... to distract a modern-day witch who wants to pop him in the oven! This movie is better then the TV series. Buy or rent today!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars New Found's 2nd best!, Jan. 25 2004

"Coral Springs, FL - a town better known for hurricanes, crocodile-infested swamps and incomtinent old people than for its music scene has remarably spawned punk upstarts New Found GLory (NFG). Reeling from the nasty little trails of everyday life and failed relationships common to everyone everywhere, the members of NFG banded together in the summer of '97. Bent on creating music reflective of their feelings while expanding the narrow definition of "punk," NFG blend together equal parts of hardcore, emo, and rock to position themselves at the forefront of the next generation of music. The band's lyrics are true-to-heart and straight-to-the-point combined with a sound that is pure energy and unfettered passion expressed through distorted amps and hooky choruses. NFG is an easy anesthetic for hang-ups and break-ups. Lyricist Steve Klein describes his writing as, "Just about relationships and growing up - things everybody know about. This is a record about looking forward to new things and moving forward in your life." While not as good as "Nothing Gold can Stay" it has it's own merits and it is better than Sticks and Stones. Believe me, this CD is actually worth listening too. These guys may not be "punk" music wise, but if you ever meet these guys in person, they're some of the most hardcore guys I know. They use the pop-punk image to get kids into the scene and hopefully have them discover other bands such as Minor Threat and Black Flag. Keep it up NFG.

This is one of the most odd, unusual, but hilarious shows ever made! I would definately recommend this hilarious show. It's got wonderful characters, ala Brak, Zorak, and Multar, and has some wonderful guests appearances. This is gem to any collectors DVD library. Buy it now or I'll zap you with my death ray.

Evergreen Terrace dies surprise, but alot of what they do has been done before so I definately wouldn't put them up against the likes of Dead Poetic, underOATH, and Beloved, but believe me this is essential listening for emo and hardcore kids. I say buy it now!!!

I'm just starting to get into Power Metal. The vocals use to get on my nerves but they grew on me. Also people need to realize that Fred Dursts Numba One Fann is joking around. It's quite easy to see his sarcasm, so I assure you that Fred Dursts Numba One Fann is a joke account okay. We got to appreciate his sense of humor. This is probably the best power metal band ever. They're so sweet!
