Excellent! What more can I say? Every little thing you could possibly need to know is in this book. I went through it with a fine tooth and comb and learned so much! Very easy to understand. I highly recommend this book.

I am planning my first Snowbird Vacation. This book was recommended to me by a friend who went to Florida this past winter. She said it will answer everything you need to know. She certainly was right! It was written in a way that the average person can understand. You don't need to be a 'financial' type person to get the most from this book. I highly recommend it.
