When i was i new zealand last year the song wandering eye was all over the radio, and for good reason. This band has a super chilled out feel to it. the video for the song wandering eye was just so classic as well. i think that if you can get a hold of this album you should defintly cop it. the sound is kind of a jazzy hip layed back mood. The only thing that gets me is some times it drags out a little but sometimes thats just what im in the mood for. So do your self a favor and smoke one down on the deck and chill out to some fat freddys drop!!

Abdominal may be better known for his colabs with the better known DJ Format. I mean thats where i First heard of him. But then i found out he had made a disk with a fellow canadian first by the name of DJ Fase. Since i like to consider myself abdominals new biggest fan i had to find it. after looking all ove tthe internet, here in canada in record shops and new zealand record shops i finally found it in the UK. This cd is fantasitic. If you love abdominal then this cd is for you abdominals rhymes over fases beats its just so perfect. oh and abdominal if your reading this, how come you do shows over in small town England but you dont even come to the Praries right here in good ol Canada!

the one thing i like about this album is that it makes me want to dance.i am kind of one sided. because i think jamiroquai is awesome. i figure if you like dance and you like funk, buy this album you wont be sorry. besides its big in europe. it has to be good
