This book is excellent. Its not only applicable to wine. The book is an excellent source of inspiration for flavor combinations in recipes.

I use these in the gym and to go running. I sweat a lot and after 6 months still no problems :)

I had 3 of these. Each time it broke i couldn't get my money back and so i was given a replacement. Each piece works well in isolation but when using the blender the unit become hot and eventually fuses the motor with the blender, which means you can no longer use the other attachments. Very disappointed !!

Dont take everying she says as the gospel, but its a good guide. The main point in this book is dont sleep with a man you until you really know him,and this takes time.

If you are looking for an easy to follow clear guide on getting started quickly then keep on looking!!!!!!!!! This book is great and full of useful information, but you really have to read the full book cover to cover and then make your own plan to fight Candida based on the given information.

On a positive note it acts as an excellent reference book and it`s an excellent long term purchase for anyone with this problem.
