'The Fog of War' is yet another stellar film from the great documentarian Errol Morris. Moris interviews former politician Robert S. McNamara, who talks about the history of his life from 1918 to present day. Although the film has some powerful moments, it is ruined by Morris' overuse of film footage, photographs, and unnecessary filmmaking. We are constantly bombarded by five second shots of graphs, numbers, and words as they flash on and off the screen in speedy fashion. It gets annoying after a while. Worth the watch if you are interested in a powerful man's perspective on World War II and the Vietnam War.

'Fast, Cheap, and Out of Control' was a film I lost interest in very quickly. I turned it off after about 30 minutes.

This version of 'Hamlet' starring and directed by the one and only Kenneth Branagh is a joy to watch and might be the best version of the famous play. It follows the play word by word, so one has to read it and understand it fully to understand the film. Better than the Mel Gibson 'Hamlet'.

If you have not read 'Romeo and Juliet', go read it now. After you've finished reading it, read it again. It is quite possibly the best love story ever told.

'Donnie Darko' is a really strange movie about a troubled teenager who keeps having visions of an evil rabbit warning him about the end of the world. It has a nice soundtrack and is told in a creepy manner. It is better than most new movies, but still not rewarding enough to watch over again.

'And the Band Played On' is an excellent film about the true story of the discovery of the AIDS virus from the late 1970s' into the 1980s'. It has an All-Star cast that bring delight to the screen. More interesting than 'Philadelphia'.

'Jesus' made in 1979 is a famous film some people have seen or at least heard about. Most people fail to realize all of that doesn't matter because Jesus Christ never existed!! Jesus Christ is a mythological figure the church has exploited for hundreds of years and now the film industry has for almost a hundred years. There is absolutely no archeological or historical evidence that Jesus Christ existed. Even if he did exist, it would be highly unlikely he would have received that kind of punishment.
It is a shame that con artists like these filmmakers are using this mythological figure to make millions of dollars. People have to start swaying away from the manipulations of the church and the filmmaking industry and start looking at the hard facts. Jesus Christ and his crucifixion never happened.
