The Rebel Diet, Dec 21 2009
I thought I knew everything there was to know about dieting, but the Rebel Diet gave me a whole new approach to weight loss. I've been following the Rebel Diet for about two weeks, and already, my stomach is flatter and my clothes fit better. But the best part, is that I haven't had to deprive myself so I know that this is something I can stick with to reach my goal weight, and most importantly, keep it off. The book is easy to follow (and coincidentally, a fantastic read!). It teaches the scientific principals that the diet is based on, and arms you with all the tools you will need to follow them. The suggested food and meal plans are also truly amazing. Unlike other diets, the Rebel Diet doesn't break the bank, which is great because before I know it I'll need that cash to buy those skinny jeans!
