A Little Bit Biased..., April 24 2013
I grew up with the author, Dr. Rip! The man knows his stuff though and appears to make it his life mission to help people not get hurt or, even worse, lose their life enjoying the wonder of Mother Nature's oceans. Very informative for those who love the beach and waters.

Sentimental Favourite, April 24 2013
I loved this book as a child growing up. Great story with a message. I hope Maurice's legacy lives on for a long time.

Great Documentary!, April 24 2013
Definitely a must for any musician! The history of Sound City recording studio, and the deep history of the artists to grace it's studio, is a must watch! Dave Grohl is definitely a passionate musician and one to carry the torch of good music into the 21st Century!

Great Gaming Monitor, April 19 2013
After having many issues with the new Bioshock Infinite game (graphic "tearing") and trying to tweak out my graphics card (AMD Radeon HD 6950) to handle it, turns out all I needed was a good monitor with a 120 Hz refresh rate. After receiving the monitor, I followed some online guides to calibrate it and let me tell you... this thing rocks! The bonus was how quick I received this from Amazon... 2 days from date of order!

Beautiful!, April 19 2013

2K has done it again! I played the first two in the Bioshock series and loved the storyline, the graphics, and the gameplay but this one totally outshines its predecessors! This is a great first person shooter for either the hardcore or casual gamer. One note, you will need a decent computer to play this game and, in particular, a higher end video card and a monitor with at least a 120 Hz refresh rate to thoroughly enjoy the beautiful, rich graphics this game offers.

Still Rockin' After 37 Years!, Nov 15 2011
Well, Geddy & Alex have been together for 43 years as Rush but the first album didn't technically release until 1974. Regardless, Time Machine Tour delivers a lot of favourites from those earlier years including, for the first time, Moving Pictures performed in its entirety! It's fitting that they recorded they entire Cleveland show as it was a Cleveland radio station that gave them the air play that parlayed into their mega success! Although now into their 50s, Rush still deliver the intensity and musical mastery they have always striven for! These boys show no signs of slowing down. Having survived the '70s & '80s excess by most rock bands, their longevity shows that they were never a flash in the pan band. Revered by some of the great musicians of the 80s, 90s, and into the 21st century, a Rush performance is still a wonder to behold. A definite buy for the serious or casual fan of their immense catalogue.

Awesome!, Nov 2 2011
This is a great followup for Chickenfoot. Sammy Hagar still has the vocal chops which are always accented nicely by Michael Anthony's background vocals. Some great guitar hooks with a solid rhythm section. A must purchase for fans of Sammy Hagar and the first Chickenfoot album.
