Leslie does it again. Great workout for days you want to stay inside. She's fun and motivating. Worth the money.

As an active person, I still find I love to pop in Leslie's DVD on a rainy day or in the evening when the kids are in bed. I like the interaction she has with her team, and she's fun to work out with. Time flies. I am not surprised that her videos are top-rated. Worth every penny you spend on them.

Popped this DVD in once and haven't used it since. It's too much chatter from the main gal, and I had to turn it off as the "b" word was used constantly.... not recommended if you have kids in the house. Definitely would not buy from this again.. certainly isn't boot camp and the way the gals talk to you is immature and almost derogatory. Don't waste your money on this one.

This video is a lot higher priced than other fitness videos I have purchased and a lot of the moves can be found online. I do, however, like the way the dvd is broken down into different sets. If you're new to kettlebells or have been working with them for a while, you'll still find this a valuable workout. Angie is easy to follow.

This book is okay if you are prepping for the exam and wondering what topics to focus on - it does not teach you how to use the functions. If that's what you are looking for, you won't find it here.
