Probably one of the most useful books on the subject(s) I've read. I've been teaching audio for 6 years now and have read dozens of audio books..this one is right up there in the top 5. It's very difficult to find useful material on dialog editing so that chapter is fantastic and it's the first time I've seen photographs describing mic pickup patterns...brilliant!
I suspect we'll be purchasing it as a course text in the near future.
