When There Is No Doctor: Preventive and Emergency Healthcare in Uncertain Times, April 26 2011
Actually, I was a bit disappointed with this book. It came recommended to me through the 'survivalist' community. I was expecting a lot more actual 'procedures' and a lot less common sense tips, like maintaining health and fitness pre SHTF, for example. All in all, I took away relatively little useful information. And I mean actual HOW TO's, not good, solid, common sense advise, this book has lots of that. There is more Preventative, then there is Emergency.
