A collection of the chef's distilled recipes, this collection is a wonderful compilation of tasty feasts. We have tried a dozen of these and not one flop. Scanning many of the untried ones indicate that they would all be successful. Alas one can only eat so much food a day.

A wonderful cookbook that uses seasonally available foods. The ingredients are readily available and there are relatively few of them. Generally the cooking time is reasonable and the results so far are quite tasty.

An excellent series by David Attenborough. The mammals are grouped logically in each feature. The video is breathtaking and the narration first class. This series will entertain both parents and chidren alike. In addition it is education of the most painless type. Enjoy.
