you know the Wah,Wah Sound anywhere, Jul 18 2004
the theme to "shaft" just in a matter of seconds is arguably the most known Instrumental part known easily over the past 30 plus years or certainly in the Top 3. Issac Hayes showcases His Genius on this Up-dated version which still packs alot of musical Punch.Issac Hayes has some of the toughest Musical Arrangements around.Classic,

Truly One of the Best, Jul 18 2004
David Ruffin was a Entertainer's Entetainer. a Singer's Singer. you felt the Emotion,Soul&Feeling in His voice&Work. He was the link between Jackie Wilson&Marvin Gaye for many Artists. He was a true Showman."Walk away from love"&Whole World ended" are timeless. the Brother has never gotten his full due.He left a huge mark with the Temptations&then Solo.

Good Set&also a Wlecome introduction, Jul 18 2004
Eddie Kendricks was truly a Soulful Force Musically. He didn't get as far as he would have liked at Motown because there was so much Talent on the Roster&also He came from the Temptations&it's hard coming from a Household Group at trying to making a Solo Career."Keep on Truckin" dominates everything by Him&there was so much more. my cut on here is"Intimate Friends" that is the cut. a real Good Compilation.

very lite&Just aight, Jul 18 2004
Ricky Fante has some decent range but is at best a Modern era version of Dobie Gray.He is vocally right to do a Cover of "Drift Away" but that would give Him away far to soon.alot of Hype but not much depth here. not bad vocally but nothing to get excited just yet.time will tell.

Hit&Miss, Jul 18 2004
The Roots are truly a frustrating Band on so many levels. on One there attitude is do as they please, but on the Other as Industry Vets you still wonder what is gonna happen if they ever get it all together at once. they can't seem to get Words&Music together. this Set like alot of there previous work has some instrumental work&Grooves but the Production&Overall vibe falls off after starting off strong. you expect more from them by now&you feel they are missing something&can't quite get it all together as one.

good Show&pacing, Jul 18 2004
MO'Nique is One of the coolest folks on the Planet&Funny as well. She pulls no punches&just comes at you no matter what the topic. She is very upfront&direct with her material.I've been a fan of Her work for quite some time. One thing about Her she doesn't hold back&I dig Her Honesty.

I won't be able to watch this Broadcast of that with ease. but Prior to the 90's the Super Bowl is always quite exciting.great deal&alot of cool footage. a Must have for the Ultimate Football fan.

Classic Album from The Genius of Our Time, Jul 10 2004
this album just gets better with time.Arguably the most Honest&Important Album from R&B in the past 15 years.this Album has two Sides of the Genius of R.Kelly's Music.the Spiritual&the Suggestive elements compliment one another here.this Album is truly One of the Deepest Albums that I have Ever Heard."Religous Love" alone is one of the deepest Tracks."Trade in My Life' Still Blows me away."thank God it's friday" the Original&the Re-Mix are Off the Hat Rack. Ain't Nobody touching this Brother Musically at all.He is the Best Writer&All-Around Artist of His Time&Era Easily. Musically He is like What Shaq is to Basketball or what Barry Bonds is to Baseball or Lance Armstrong is to cycling the most Dominat Period.Albums like this Showcase His Influences but also Showcase His own Signature vibe.He is the Only Musical Artist that Just Had "IT" from Day One. He is like Sam Cooke,Michael Jackson,Marvin Gaye,Ronald Isley,&a few others through in with a Rappers Attack on his Subject Matters all Rolled into One.you name the musical Styling&the Brother can do it. His Vocal Phrasing&Tone alone is something else.to Me Musically He is the Greatest Ever.
