Slow Western, Jun 14 2009
This could have been a great western if it had more action.
The start is a little lame, Stacy Keach is Doc Holliday who gambles for a lady (Faye Dunaway) without any explanation and takes her to tombstone. The rest of the movie then falls flat with Keach and Faye Dunaway trying to romance each other. The scenes are meaningless and drawn out. The Gunfight at the OK corral is the highlight and is pretty good compared to some other OK Corral movies. Young Faye Dunaway looks great,Over-all the movie is slow paced, but watchable.

DON'T BUY THIS DVD..., Nov 29 2004
It is tragic to see that such a great Sophia Loren flick has been reduced to this awful transfer on DVD. Don't buy this DVD, the picture quality is so bad that the entire movie is out of focus, fuzzy, blurry and hurts your eyes. The sound is all distorted as well. This DVD is from a company called Entertainment Programs Inc., in California and they have obviously transfered a pan/scan version of a really bad washed out VHS tape on this DVD. The Picture and the sound quality is worst than a VHS tape recorded in slow mode. I am surprised that Amazon is actually selling this junk. This is the worst DVD transfer I have ever seen. I have a VHS version of this movie and the VHS tape is much better. Hope some reliable company will transfer this gem of a movie on a real high quality DVD, in the meantime save your money and watch your VHS tape. Don't buy this DVD, it is really bad quality.

GREAT MOVIE, BAD DVD, Dec 29 2002
WHAT A SHAME THAT A GREAT WESTERN HAS BEEN TRANSFERED ON A BAD QUALITY DVD. THE QUALITY OF THE DVD IS WORST THAN VHS VIDEOS. THE COLOURS ARE HORRIBLE, THE PICTURE IS GRAINY AND WASHED OUT LIKE A BAD VIDEO TAPE. LOOKS LIKE VCI ENTERTAINMENT MADE THIS DVD FROM A REALLY BAD VHS VIDEO TAPE ON A HOME COMPUTER. HALF THE MOVIE IS JUST PLAIN GREEN AND THE OTHER HALF FADES BETWEEN BLUE AND GREEN AND THE PICTURE IS FUZZY AT BEST. DONT BUY THIS DVD, ITS REALLY BAD QUALITY.
