This book, simple as the title is, will have a great affect on anyone who reads it. It talks more about addiction and compulsion, and how food manufacturers control us more than anything else.
Moss is able to take the reader right to the interviews with him. It will make you read every label and start to appreciate the marketing that is done in the food industry to fool the consumers. It has changed how I eat and what I will let my family buy and eat. If there is a book to read to better understand what our food does to us, this is it.

This series lives up to all the great recommendations. Well written, well set and mostly brilliant acting especially from Gambon.
It is for the purest of mystery viewers the real deal.
