Love this cd, it is worth buying. It will take you a listen or two to get it, but the music will reward with repeated listenings. 5 stars!! Iter Facere, their first cd, is also worth tracking down.

I'm sorry, and no disrespect to the fine cast, but we just didn't care for this show. I thought it was supposed to be a comedy, but came off more as a dramedy, not that there's anything wrong with that, Dan For Mayor just didn't appeal to us. In the final episodes, it seemed like the writers were trying to cram in all their idea's at once, and the stories ended up going every which way, and suffering because of it.

The cast did come together quickly, and very well, I just didn't care for the writing. I know the team behind this show can do comedy very well, we didn't find much of it here though. The dvd will end up for sale in our next garage sale. A shame because we were so looking forward to getting this dvd set.

We have only watched disc one so far, but are really enjoying the show. There are plenty of laughs to be had. No, it's not Corner Gas II, and it's not supposed to be. It is a little different watching Brent, and Nancy playing new characters after six seasons of CG at first, but you quickly accept them in their new roles, which they play very well. The supporting cast is also wonderful,and we're enjoying getting to know all the characters. If you liked Corner Gas, I think you will like Hiccups. If your just looking to try a Canadian comedy, this would be a good place to start. 5 stars for Hiccups, and 5 stars to Amazon Canada for excellent service, and super fast shipping.
