VHS to DVD does the job but is not a perfect conversion. Once converted the image becomes somewhat choppy as compared to the original and at times the audio does not seem to stay in sync with the video. All in all though it is much better to store this material in digital format as the VHS is starting to deteriorate. I would reccomend this product to other users.
