A complete guide, April 7 2012
Not much to talk about this book. It is perfect, lots of details and good stuff. You will be amazed of info you have never known before. I was surprised I read through one section of the book; "Eating yogurt 3 times a day, you can lose up to 81% of body fat" that is AMAZING!!
This book is good for beginner - expert. I lost fat (in a healthy way). It is a book for study and use it in real life. It also pack with exercise and workouts method.
Pro: Not a diet plan or guide but to inform with the best ingredients and facts that are useful. Also comes with the exercise and workout section. Definitely a complete book for everyone
