My Green Smoothie Bible :), Nov. 30 2009
This book is extremely valuable to anyone transitioning to a living foods diet or anyone wanting to incorporate more raw whole foods on a daily basis. I am a brand new raw foodist, and this book has been my green smoothie bible! I have been referring to this book non-stop when I am trying to decide my next raw food meal. All I do is pick out a fruit/veggie I'm in the mood for, look it up in the index in the back of the book, and I have a list of green smoothie recipes I can choose from that have the food item I am craving for! I have mini post-it notes sticking out of the book for my favorite green smoothie concoctions, and the recipes that I have tried have very much please my palate :) I recommend this book to anyone who wants to make a smooth transition into eating more fruits and veggies or those interested in taking on the raw food lifestyle like myself. A fantastic reference book for green smoothie goodness!
