3.0 out of 5 stars Ok, June 2 2014
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Purchased this for two different phones - same review.
The value is there, but I would probably go back to the more expensive film style. Easy enough to apply and remove the bubbles, but the plastic is thicker. Without a case covering the edges, I would expect something to catch on the side and pull up the screen protector.

A set of keys scratched the protector so it bubbled in that area. Sensitivity seems to be good - better than with the built in Otterbox one.

It's ok, but wouldn't necessarily go back to buy again.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good value and would buy again, June 2 2014

I like the sleek look of the case (compared the the Otterbox I had, it is a much thinner design). Fit on nicely and easy to access the side buttons. Bottom slides down a bit at times, but really isn't an issue. I did drop it on cement and the case dented and the colour chipped, but the phone was fine. Good buy and good value.

3.0 out of 5 stars Went from Very Happy to a little Disappointed., March 18 2013
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Have had the Otterbox for about a month now and am very happy with the fit and quality.

The case was easy to put on and all the holes/cut-outs are perfect. Despite other reviews, I find the volume and power buttons (which are now covered by the silicone case) very easy to press. The headset and charger plug-in areas/holes are covered by silicone flaps. These may require something to help pry them open for someone without nails. I can see that the silicone may begin to stretch and not fit as snugly back into these areas eventually.

The case allows the screen and camera areas to be recessed into the plastic so they no longer touch a surface when placed down. The exterior is a silicone - which is not as sticky as rubber, but not smooth either. It does not slip into a pocket as easily as a smooth surface will.

A significant amount of weight and bulk is added to the once slim/sleek phone. However, it does seem well protected. I won't be sticking it into my back pocket and I have found that it no longer fits into pockets (such as backpack and jackets) that are made for a standard sized cell phone.

Really like the built in screen protector. It is a thicker plastic, but it doesn't seem to interfere with the touch screen. It sits flat against the phone screen, so there is no "bounce".

All in all, a great purchase/investment and would recommend and buy again.

July 2013 Additional Comments
I do take the case apart and clean it out on occasion. Dirt does manage to get inside it all. After approximately 2 months of use, I noticed that the screen protector has come loose from the plastic casing. It appears to be glued in, however, after use and dirt getting into it, it has loosened up. Still use-able, but noticeable dirt around edge that won't come out without completely removing the glue and having a loose screen cover. The screen cover itself scratches very easily.

Approximately 4 months of use, the silicone has stretched out enough that I am pushing it back onto the case quite a few times a day. The bottom area of the case has stretched enough to cover the speaker and muffle my voice to the caller.

Protects the phone great, even through a few drops. Protection makes up for bulkiness. I did expect a longer life from the silicone casing for what you pay for the case. Probably would look at other options if in the market for a case. Currently speaking to Otterbox about warranty replacement.

5.0 out of 5 stars Nice product!, Jan. 28 2013
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Purchased this item to cover a love seat that the dogs liked to sit on. (Replaced blankets). Looks really nice and is super soft. It is also reversible. We use it on a smaller loveseat, so there is more material to hang over the arms and back - with a chunkier loveseat, the cover may shift around more. Will be buying another one for a second loveseat.

This review is from: Cars 2 (DVD)
Understandably, it'a not Cars 1...but I was anticipating the similar family friendly, heart warming story we heard in the first. Unfortunately, it's not as well-loved as the first. Quality of animation is there, however, the storyline isn't as capturing or age-appropriate.

4.0 out of 5 stars For My Lightning McQueen Fan, July 31 2011

Like that the book has five quick stories (rather than purchasing 5 separate books). Large text with two levels of reading to expose kids to learning to read. Kids seem more interested in the colourful pictures. Unfortunately the binding is not well done. Individual pages seem to fall out very easily.
