Much Better Than I Expected - Helps Fill In Some Blanks., July 1 2004
I figured this was just another spin off of the Matrix series. Around the time Reloaded was released, there was so much publicity and overexposure that with the video game and everything else, that I never took this seriously enough to actual watch. Now, about a year later I decided to give it a chance. I was suprised when some of the stories from this collection were actually good and explained some things that the movie didn't. Final Flight Of The Osiris: Explains what happened to the Osiris fleet while delivering the message about the machines digging to Xion. Amazingly lifelike 3D animation. The Second Renaissance (Part I & Part II): Explains the history between man and machine leading up to the creation of the Matrix and humans being used for an energy source. Kid's Story: Explains how "Kid" from Reloaded got freed from the Matrix. He is the one in the movie that carries Neo's bags. Program: A girl is forced to choose between returning to the Matrix with her love or death if she does not cooperate. World Record: Kinda confusing, but what I gathered from it is that a runner learns to break the laws of the Matrix to break a world record and is being watched by agents to make sure he doesn't figure anything out. Beyond: A story that shows how a possible bug in the Matrix relates to a seemingly haunted building and how it gets covered up while a girl is searching for her lost cat. A Detective Story: A detective is hired to catch Trinity, but may find out too much. Matriculated: My personal favorite. People capture a robot and try to get in to convert to their side using a Matrix-like virtual reality. I can imagine that being under the influence would add to this story. Almost all of the stories are open-ended and leave you somewhat unsatisfied and right when you get involved in a story it ends as just about every one is under 10 minutes long. All of the stories have their own animation style and use an interesting blend of 3d and 2d animation.

This Series Got Off To An Amazing Start., July 1 2004
This show was so great and had an awesome cast, story, and music. At first it started out as a teen drama but rapidly turned to sci-fi which is a shame. A lot of teenagers can relate to being different like the aliens which made this show a hit. This is the only season I will bother buying, because shortly into the 2nd...I lost interest and different writers had taken over the project. The whole Tess thing just made me lose faith in the show.

Twice As Much Going On, But Not Necesarily A Good Thing., Jun 28 2004
This is a good game, but with every release in the Harvest Moon series, the fun factor of farming goes down a little. At first when I saw screenshots of this game, the graphics didn't impress me and they looked gritty, but when I actually saw them first hand my opinion changed. They are actually beautiful...the trees and water and sounds make you feel like you are actually surrounded by nature. It's even affected by the weather and seasons. The characters and other objects really stand out from the surroundings, because they aren't really that great. The first thing I noticed when I bought this game was that it took up 47(!) blocks of memory...which, if you can't tell, is a LOT. This game gets off to a slow start and I always dread the long introduction, but once you get started it get's a lot better. There were a few unnesesary additions to this game, especially with the different buildings on your farm. There are twice as many now, not to mention it takes a bit of load time before entering and leaving a room. A few things are missing, like holidays and festivals. You have to water plants and milk cows and a lot of other things TWICE a day now which is a hassle and your tools, which there are many more of, don't upgrade like other HM games. A "run" option would have helped out a lot. Your character walks so slow and you can't speed it up until you get the horse. Forget-Me-Not Valley is huge and it takes a while to travel around. The center camera function works wierd. It doesn't shift to the center, it just jumps there. Not only that, but your character doesn't move, so it's actually turning your character in a different direction in the process...it's hard to explain, but it confuses you and you lose your sense of direction. Some of the charaters in the game seem to be parodies of Americans. If you've played you probably know what I mean. There's so much to do and so little time and the to-do list just keeps getting bigger. All of the Harvest Moon releases seem to fall short of Harvest Moon 64, but that's a big shoe to fill.

This DVD Is Possibly Deffective, April 19 2004
Many people have complained about the DVD skipping repeatedly, even though the DVD is brand new withough a single scratch or smudge...including mine. When I noticed this was happening I wanted to find out if anyone else had the same problem, and a handful of people did. Maybe it is just a large batch of the DVDs...not all of them. Not sure, and I haven't exchanged my DVD for another one yet. Other than that, I love Britney, but this DVD is all stuff you have probably already seen and this is the first DVD that is very unprofessional. None of the juicy stuff we were promised was delivered, such as the performances in Vegas at the Rain Nightclub at the Palms Hotel...that was never before seen. All the specials don't flow together, and one part plays, the credits roll, and then the next part...The credits should have all been at the end. And all of them have not been edited in any way. Such as on the abc special they say "Tonight" and on TRL in the bottom corner where it has the MTV logo and the Spankin New Music Week Logo. It feels like I'm watching one of my vhs tapes with random Britney Performances...none of them linked together. We do however ger one new thing: The "In The Personal Zone" interview at the end. Although short, it has clips of the Vegas performances and rehearsals for several other performances. This is the first time a Britney DVD has not been released in 5.1 Surround. This one is in Dolby Stereo.

Video Card Incompatibility, Mar 13 2004
I shelled out the money for this game after never having problems with any PC games and I get it home and install it and it tells me my video card doesn't have enough memory or something. I still haven't gotten to play it on the PC, but have on the PS2 and it is a great game, I just can't believe there isn't a graphics setting in case you don't have a newer video card. Most games are made to work with different setting to suit both old and newer computer set-ups, but not this one.

Nothing like the PS2 version, Jan 6 2004
I have seen screenshots and videos of the Playstation 2 version and was excited about getting the PC version, which I assumed would be mostly similar. I never buy game systems and didn't have a PS2. I was highly dissapointed when I got the game home. Don't get me wrong...it's not a bad game, it just pales in comparison to the PS2 version. The graphics and video clips are horrible quality, unlike the PS2 version which has superb graphics. And the way you play is different too. The circular thing that looked like a radar is gone and has been replaced by arrow blocks that fall from the top, along the side like tetris blocks. The game is too easy, and lacks a lot of the features the PS2 version has. A major letdown for me was that it didn't support controller input and that the video in the background, the keys, the moves, and the music weren't in sync. You have to completely ignore the beat or it will mess you up. I actually know some Britney dance moves and these aren't it...at least not in the right songs. There are Baby one more time moves in with I'm a slave 4 U. The different rating for moves such as: good, perfect, and miss are nowhere to be found. To top it off, the girl speaking doesn't sound anything like Britney at all.

Entertaining, but different than you may expect., Jan 6 2004
Before you watch this DVD, keep in mind that they are episodes of Hercules, and are quite different. It isn't the best...at this point, the character of Xena had a lot of bugs to work out. Her outfit is black instead of brown, her hair is lighter, and although she has her shakram, her battle cry needed a LOT of work. Lucy Lawless' acting skills aren't quite as good as you can imagine, when compared to later episodes of Xena. The episodes are entertaining enough, and it's good to know how Xena came about, but I'm still wondering why they call her warrior princess. The DVD lacks bonus features, and there is no chaptering and it starts out with the first episode instead of the Menu. You have to go through the menu to switch episodes and the menu iself is pretty boring, with no intros or animations. Despite these facts, I still think they are worth watching and adding to and Xena fan collection.

2 disk set, Sep 24 2003
I saw this on another site with the actually track listing and I think the special edition is different than the limited edition and includes a second cd with the live farewell tour songs which you can buy seperatly. correct me if i am wrong. that would explain the higher cost.
