Cancelling Items from an Order

It's easy to cancel items from an order you've placed at Amazon.ca, provided that the order has not entered the shipping process yet. Click the Your Account button at the top of any page. Next, click the "Cancel items or orders" link. After you've signed in, you'll see a list of your open orders. Click "View or change order" for the order you want to change.

Once you've reached the order summary, click the "Need to cancel an item?" button. On the next page, click the check box next to any item you want to cancel. Be sure to click the "Cancel checked items" button when you are finished.

If the item you want to cancel that is shipping from Amazon.ca has entered the shipping process already, you may refuse the package or return the item.

Orders for gift certificates cannot be cancelled via the Your Account page. If you want to proceed with a cancellation request for such an order, please contact us to let us know how you would like to change your order. We'll do our best to fulfill your request.
