Seller Account and Settings

Your Seller Account offers a full reckoning of items listed, items sold, and money collected. From here you can also list items; access selling features; alter your account settings; and check on account and payment status, inventory levels, and customer service policy settings.

What are Settings?

The Settings link in your seller account contains links to tools that allow you to edit such information as your account information (Account Info) and shipping settings, and choose how you want to get notified about important information related to your selling activities (Notification Preferences). If you are on the Professional selling plan, you can also use the Settings tools to customize some of the information about you that is displayed to buyers.

What is a Seller Profile?

Your Seller Profile shows a history of buyer feedback and also provides buyers with the Marketplace customer service policies established by Amazon. Buyers can access your Seller Profile when they click on your seller nickname next to your listings. Learn more .
