Leaving Feedback About Your Buying Experience
When you buy from Amazon.ca Marketplace sellers, you have the ability to score your seller on their performance and leave a comment. We encourage all customers to leave feedback. If it's positive, it means a lot to the seller; if it's negative, it means a lot to your fellow shoppers.
The seller rating system is 1 to 5 stars, with 5 stars being the best. A seller's average rating will appear alongside their name on our site. You have 90 days after your order date to leave your rating and remarks.
If you're tempted to leave a critical rating, make sure that you've given the seller every chance to resolve the issue first. Contact information for your seller appears in the Order Summary in Your Account.
It's important to follow our Community Rules when posting critical feedback. If the item you purchased was misrepresented, or if you did not receive your order, please review the terms of our A-to-z Guarantee to see if you are covered.
The Marketplace feedback page lists eligible orders so you can easily locate orders and leave feedback. You''ll receive a feedback reminder e-mail 2 days after the maximum estimated delivery date or 22 days after the order being placed, whichever comes first, if you haven't already left feedback on the order.
