Unshipped Orders Report
The Unshipped Orders Report is a tab-delimited text-file, which provides an up-to-date list of orders that have not yet been confirmed as shipped. This report will include orders that are also on the scheduled daily Order Reports, so be sure not to fulfill them twice.
Requesting an Unshipped Orders Report
- In your Seller Account, under Manage Orders, click Order Reports.
The Order Reports page appears.
- Click Unshipped Orders.
The Unshipped Orders page appears.
- Click the Request Report button.
A status box appears, confirming your request.
Downloading the Unshipped Orders Report
- To find the Unshipped Orders Report you requested, on the Unshipped Orders page click the Refresh button next to "Check Report Status & Download."
The requested report appears.
- When the report has "Ready" under "Report Status" click the Download button next to it. When the "File Download" box appears, click Save, select the location on your computer where you will store your Unshipped Orders Reports and click Save again.
The report is downloaded and saved to your computer.
- When the "Download complete" box appears, click "Open Folder," right-click the saved file, select "Open With" from the popup menu, and open the file with a spreadsheet or database program such as Microsoft Excel or Access.
Reading an Unshipped Orders Report
The Unshipped Orders Report lists all orders that have not been confirmed as shipped, as of the time you requested the report, and all of the information required for fulfilling the orders.
