Submit Content Corrections

Propose corrections to detail pages using our Online Catalog Update Form, which is accessible through the Product Details section found midway down each detail page.

To submit corrections using the Catalog Update form:
  1. Log into your Vendor Central account.
  2. Navigate to the Product Details section of the detail page for the item you'd like to correct.
  3. Click Would you like to update product info?
  4. View the Catalog Update Form.
  5. Modify the data to appear as it should online and click Preview your updates.
  6. Review your submitted changes and click Submit updates. After your corrections are submitted and approved, they should appear online within 3 to 5 business days.

Corrections to fields that are not supported by these forms may be sent to Customer Service. Please include the following:

  • The ISBN/ASIN of your item listed.
  • Full details of the change requested.
  • The name and e-mail address of someone we can contact with questions.
