Due to manufacturer restrictions, we are currently unable to ship computer software to destinations outside of Canada. Amazon.co.uk, however, does offer many software titles that can be shipped within the European Union. Please note that items ordered from the Amazon.co.uk site will be sent from their distribution centre in England.Technical Support for Software
We are not authorized to provide technical support for software that we sell. If you experience difficulties, we recommend that you call the phone number listed in the manual that came with the software package. If you have already contacted the software publisher and believe that the software you received from us is defective, please contact us so that we can arrange to replace the item.Software Returns
Within 30 days of delivery of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any unopened (still in its plastic wrap) software to Amazon.ca, for any reason, for a full refund. We'll also refund the return shipping cost, if the return is the result of our error.
Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items or items returned more than 30 days past delivery. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased directly from Amazon.ca. We cannot exchange items.
If you ordered your software from an Amazon Marketplace seller, please be aware that if the item you purchased was sold in New condition, it can only be returned if it is defective. If you purchased software in Used condition, it can only be returned if it is materially different than described.
