How will I be billed?
Your Pro Merchant Subscription fee of $29.99 is assessed once every month, beginning on the date your Pro Merchant Subscription begins. The subscription fee will be listed in your Payments account summary and charged against any sales you have completed. If your monthly sales do not cover your subscription fees at the time of billing, we will charge the fees to your credit card. To change or update the credit card used to pay the subscription fees, select "Seller Account Information" in your Seller Account.
How do I cancel my Pro Merchant Subscription?
You're welcome to cancel your subscription at any time. By cancelling, you ensue that you will not be charged for the upcoming month.
You have two options when unsubscribing. With the first, you can cancel your subscription but leave your listings open and continue to sell as a non-subscriber. Normal transactional fees will apply to sales after that point.
With the second option, you can choose to cancel your subscription and close your listings. Listings will close automatically at the end of your final billing cycle (that is, whatever subscription time you've paid for). You are responsible for any sales made before that time.
To cancel your subscription, click on the "Seller Account Information" link in your Seller Account. Scroll down to the "Selling Plan" section and click the "Downgrade" button. After you've chosen the option you want, click the "Confirm Downgrade" button.
Why isn't the Sell an Item form recognizing that I'm a subscriber?
If you paid for a listing subscription but are still being assessed listing fees when you sell an item, you simply need to log in again. Your subscription is associated with your account--if you're logged in from another account, you won't be recognized. If this is the case, go to Manage Your Account, then click "Logout" and sign in with the correct account.
