Does Amazon price match?

With the exception of televisions, Amazon.ca doesn't price-match with other retailers (including those who sell their items on our website). We offer you consistently low prices on every item in our store. We don't have bulk order discounts.

About the Pre-Order Price Guarantee

The Pre-Order Price Guarantee applies to books, CDs, videos, DVDs, video games, or software sold by Amazon.com, and not to items (or prices) offered by other sellers on our site.

Amazon.ca's price for not-yet-released items sometimes changes between the time the item is listed for sale and the time it is released and shipped. The price charged when we ship the item will be the lowest price offered by Amazon.ca between the time the order was placed and the end of the day on the release date. The order summary in Your Account will reflect the lowest price within 24 hours of the price change.

• The Pre-Order Price Guarantee applies only to items sold by Amazon.ca, and not to items (or prices) offered by other sellers on our site.
• If your order enters the shipping process before the release date and the price is lowered on the release date, we will automatically refund your credit card for the difference within 48 hours of the release date.

About Price Matching

About List Prices

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent "open-stock" prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer's estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set. Where an item is offered for sale by one of our merchants, the List Price may be provided by the merchant.

Bulk Discounts

We don't offer additional discounts on large orders of a single title or on large orders of many individual titles.

The availability listings on our website are intended for single-copy orders. Orders for many copies of the same item may take longer to assemble. When you fill out our order form, you will see an estimated date of delivery displayed on the final page, just before you submit your order. Once your order has been placed, you will be able to see an estimated delivery date in Your Account.

About Surcharges

Oversized and extremely heavy items will incur a special shipping surcharge. The surcharge varies depending on the size and weight of the item. This charge will be displayed in the Shipping & Handling subtotal of the order form.

Some items may incur a sourcing fee to cover the expense of selling these items; we regret that we must occasionally pass these costs along to our customers. The sourcing fee, if applicable, will be listed along with the item's price on the product detail page.

About Shopping Cart Prices

Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. This price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart doesn't reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may decrease between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it.

Some discounts are limited-time offers. The discount we are able to offer for any item is dependent upon its availability, Amazon.ca's price will necessarily change on occasion.

You're not charged until after your order has entered the shipping process. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

This applies only to products sold and shipped by Amazon.ca. Sellers may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.
