Where's my stuff?

Already placed an order? Visit the order summary on the Your Account page. We will display shipment and estimated delivery dates, based upon the availability of the items you ordered and the shipping options you selected.

What if my order includes several items?

For each order you place, you can choose either to group items in your order into as few shipments as possible or to ship them as soon as they become available at additional cost. Even if you choose to group your order into as few shipments as possible, the number of shipments we will make depends upon several factors, such as inventory levels.
