I cannot believe so much action can go into one book. I could hardly put my boook down.

Their are two major characters in the book. One is a woman called Lhiannon who was a mentor to a junor priestess of Avalon. Her name is Boudica.

She decides not to follow her mentor into Avalon, meanwhile the elder one does. Boudica lives in Britian, and eventually falls in love with her husband. (This was a arranged marriaged). She had two children and both were girls.

There ensued a war between Britian and Rome and the Romans' won. This was after the King had died.
