I found this book to be a wealth of information. It answers every question I have had about being pregnant, and believe me there are a ton. People don't tell you exactly how it is. I really liked that this book also has a section on the growing baby, it is fun to know what is going on in there. I think this book is a good investment, it can be shared with friends and used for every pregnancy of your own. It also has a few chapters about after the birth, yourself and how to care for your little one. Highly recommended.
