This is a fantastic tool. My son loves the moon and sun and knows what each mean. he now wakes up at a reasonable time (according to the time my husband and I set the GoodNite light for), and is well rested every day. (so am I!). The only reason I didn't give it a 5/5 is because I wish it was slightly smaller in size.
