This book has allot of really healthy recipes in it. Gwyneth Paltrow writes about why she eats the way she does and the recipes call for organic or health conscience ingredients. What I really love though about this book is that; although she is into super healthy and organic food products, she has provided a chart indicating what you can substitute for ingredients (such as duck bacon) which may not be readily available to you in the supermarket, but will also work in her recipe.
I love Eva Longoria. I was so excited to buy this book and cook dishes that she cooks in her own kitchen. I love the little stories that she provides throughout the book before each recipe, and she adds little helpful hints that were passed down to her from her beloved Aunt Elsa. The thing that I like most is that the recipes that I have tried are not too complicated for a novice like me :)
