An eloquent speaker and talented writer, Stephen Lewis may also be among the most honest and just men in our world. Race against Time is devastating, painful as well as optimistic and hopeful. Though its a quick read that only touches on the issues that matter and their origins and solutions, it does so with astonishing clarity. Lewis is frustrated and furious at the broken promises, the ignorance and the immorality, as we all should be if we are to have any hope of effective solutions and significant change in a fractured world.
