My parents put this desktop calendar in my stocking for Christmas in 2003. I have enjoyed each page. Some pages are traditional, some have international influences, and others are traditional. I often leave a page showing until several days after it has passed. The card stock type calendar provides a great opportunity to save those pictures that are really lovely. I am disappointed that it doesn't appear that this calendar will be published in a 2005 version.

Becky Bloomwood shows us that she is incurable. For all of her efforts toward self control in Confessions of a Shopaholic and Shopaholic Takes Manhattan, she seems to have made little progress on the fronts of truth-telling and money management. This tale has too many turns and begins to get uninteresting. If Becky weren't almost like a friend, one might consider giving up on her and the book. Good ole' Suze never fails her friend Becky and supports her until the end. I'm anxiously awaiting the September 2004 release of Shopaholic and Sister as, from what we've been told, Becky doesn't have a sister.

This book had absolutely no value for me. I was looking for something to help me coordinate existing colors and bring them together with the use of color. None of the colors are shown in examples. There are just pages and pages of blocks with colors in them. One of the worst books I have ever purchased.
