This is surprisingly challenging workout. It won't make you sweat too much. But it challenges muscles you didn't even know you had. There are a lot of exercises that your physiotherapist might give you, but Kim makes them much more fun. Kim is an excellent instructor.
This is like a really challenging yoga class - mixed with pilates and tai chi. I was dripping sweat by the end. Yet it is do-able and the time goes fast. It is quite varied and you never keep doing any one thing for too long. PJ O'Clair is an excellent teacher.
