I respect your ability to publish a book as well as some of the very valid points you make, but there are a lot of things in here that are just erroneous. Have you guys ever heard of the paleo diet? That's how humans are supposed to eat. You gotta update this book, so much old info: ie. whole grains being good, saturated fats being bad, soy being good... Oh man shoot me now.
Still, kudos on writing a freakin book.
