I use to own this tape years ago and loved it. Over the years I got lost and when I decided I needed to start workingout again went looking for a copy of it. It was not easy to find until I logged on to amazon.ca and there it was. I was so happy it is truly one of (if not THE) best workout video out there. If you like to dance this is the workout for you. It is led by Cher's choreographer and she really makes you work but, you don't realize it at the time. It's so much fun. I do the workout with my neighbour and we have a blast doing it.
