As these productions span approximately 25 years, it is interesting to see how things have changed (for the better) since the 1978 production of Mill on the Floss - the oldest and probably most melodramatic of the stories. Daniel Deronda is probably my favorite of the DVD's - fabulous looking and great sense of history and story - but they all are great tales. Enjoy!
