Marvel's The Avengers (4-Disc Combo Pack + Music D&hellip Blu-ray ~ Robert Downey Jr.
Anyone that has followed Joss Whedon's other projects wasn't surprised by the quality of this film. Buffy, Angel, Dollhouse, and Firefly were very well done (although morally ambiguous at times). I wish he could also have directed Captain America to give it some life.

It is refreshing to see a high-quality, entertaining, and family-friendly offering of this magnitude. I hope that they don't mess with the good thing they have going here.

This movie, like the first instalment, is not a great representation of the book but I applaud the effort to get this important message out to the world. Hopefully, at some future time a better movie will be made.

They changed many cast members from the first film which is rarely a good idea. Some were better and others were worse. The actor that played Jim Taggart was excellent (which is scary), Henry Rearden was better (actually looks like he performed manual labour in his life), but Dagny was terrible--there is no way that the most productive men in the world would all be vying for the attention of the woman portrayed in this film.

This isn't written like a dry textbook. The author is very personable and down-to-earth. I laughed out loud on a few occasions.

He presents his experiences and lessons learned in such a manner as to provide a beneficial influence upon the reader. I only wish that he was Canadian so that his book was even more applicable to the conditions we experience here.
